Equality

“…………….it doesn't matter who you are or where you come from or what you look like or where you love. It doesn't matter whether you're black or white or Hispanic or Asian or Native American or young or old or rich or poor, able, disabled, gay or straight, you can make it here in America if you're willing to try….”- Barack Obama, Victory Speech 2012.

This quote for me was the ice of the cake. I must admit Obama has that voice that speaks out to some one, that voice that give you hope and courage for a new tomorrow, that voice that makes you believe that there are actually perfect leaders, that voice that promises light at the tunnel. If you listened and not only just stopped at hearing, then may be all the different nations in this world would crave for peace and unity.

But this piece this time is not about Obama, but some thing different.  This is about what caught my attention out of his “victory speech.” I will also agree that this was a very endearing speech whether in the name of propaganda as people may call it or an honest voice, at this point it does not matter. What matters is his phrase as quoted above. For me it was symbolic of Equality, he actually called for equality.

That quotation could be analyzed carefully in different opinions but at the end of the day it is clear that we all at one point want to make it to some where, a place that is comfortable and appealing simply coming down to the level of determination that we all possess. We are simply all equal.

In this life we just have to choose a direction and simply work towards it. You have to work hard for the struggle goes on and on and never stops. Even when you reach the top, you continue working because you want precision to remain at its constant for wherever you are at right now, is how much effort you have put in and are putting in.

Remember success is when you wake up every morning and you know that where ever you are you put in as much exertion as you could, that even if you have not achieved that goal yet, you are still striving and have that belief or hope that it will come. Success is when you look at the sun setting and you know that tomorrow all will be well, that tomorrow you know what your next step is, that tomorrow you will look back on what you achieved and put a smile on your face, and posses a heart of joy.

So while you are still pondering on whether you can make it to the next level as the other person, you better believe that you can. We are just simply different but equal. Just have it at the back of your mind we all have our ways of doing things not forgetting that every one has their time too. We just have to keep dreaming big and also working at it. It is useless to keep dreaming of having something big and yet you are doing nothing to achieve it.

All it takes is self belief and hard work to get there!
